Content Marketing
Pure Green: Which Pure Green Juice Cleanse is Right for You?
I was hired by the CEO and founder of Pure Green to write a series of content marketing pieces for their blog to promote their new franchising endeavor. They had very specific topics in mind that they wanted to cover and keywords for each to drive more traffic to their website. The posts were used on their website and posted elsewhere to raise awareness of their new business model, and attract investors.
Expivi: How Visual Product Configurators Work
I came on as an anonymous contributor to Expivi, a product configuration company, to help explain their product and services. I wrote a series of content marketing pieces that live on their website to help drive traffic and provide more context for the use cases of their product and break down some of the more technical language for businesses looking to expand their e-commerce services.
Amanica: The 3 Types of Bad Tenants—And How to Work with Each
Amanica is a real estate and property management company that wanted a more natural-sounding content marketing piece that would attract organic viewers because of their interest in the topic, but ultimately encourage the reader to engage Amanica’s services. Content marketing often reads like a blog post but serves a larger purpose other than simply generating content for a company’s website.
Blog Posts
JB’s World Travel Consultants
I was engaged by JB’s, a boutique travel consultancy, to write their quarterly journal posts that live on their website. The journal posts often talk about specific properties that they have a relationship with, but they were also meant to provide the reader with a sense of each place and inspire the desire to travel.
Dear Brightly
I am a ghostwriter for a skincare company that wanted help populating its onsite blog with interesting and informative articles about different skin care tips and techniques. They work closely with dermatologists, so require well-researched articles that refer to peer-reviewed scientific articles to back up all claims.
Scouted
I worked with Scouted on a short series of blog posts that help their users gain some useful insight into the world of work. As expert recruiters, they have a lot of inside info that can help job seekers navigate this complicated network of companies. The blog positions them as experts on this topic and acts as a source of useful information.
Social Media
Buffalo Block Steakhouse
I work with Buffalo Block to craft their monthly social media posts. The restaurant, located in a historic hotel in Billings, Montana, wants to attract guests looking both for a high-end experience as well as more casual dining. I help them find the balance with a mixture of posts that speak to both aspects of their business. And focus on the most important thing–the food.
Porter Ranch
I worked with Porter Ranch, a luxury community operated by the Toll Brothers, for many months back in 2018. I worked closely with their social media team to come up with social media posts for Instagram and Facebook based around themes to help promote the properties in the new development.
Blind Pig Media
Back in 2017, when Blind Pig was just beginning, I worked with them to help take on some of the social media work for their early clients. At that time, there were only two of them, and I was able to lend my social media expertise to help manage the workload. I wrote Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook posts for a variety of different clients across industries.
